- that's 10 minutes or less in one of 5 genres (Action, Comedy, Drama, Sci-Fi or Horror) .

- When- Beginning 7/4/10 and ending 1/31/11
- Why- Because we want to help you create an awesome career as a filmmaker.

How- Your film gets voted into the top 10 online, then
a jury of accomplished industry professionals votes on it. - Fee- $40 to enter until October 31st. After that it's $50.
You are not required to shape your vision to adhere to anything other than what you think is fantastic. This competition is about exploring the limits of your imagination and breaking through them.

Each genre winner will win a prize package valued at over $300

SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Register for the competition, and pay non-refundable $50 entry fee ($40 early bird fee).
- Log in to SoCalMovieMakers.com, and click the "ENTER YOUR FILM" link in the menu bar.
- Upload your film.
- Let your peeps know to come vote for you beginning December 16, 2010.
