what's happening to future meetings?

I am a little confused as to what is going to happen in the future...

We're re-organizing. Without the grant money that the city of Encinitas had told us would be forthcoming, this entity is not financially solvent, so therefore will be unable to continue in the manner we previously had. The film making contest is the next venture, and we will be moving forward with that, hopefully the significant debt incurred in the pursuit of the non-profit status will be able to be paid off. 

This website will continue to be up and running, and there's a possibility that a high profile Cinematographer will accept an invitation to speak in November that was offered several months ago. However without funding we will not be able to bring him here. The City and grant board had an opportunity to support a high end and culturally enriching free venture for all the citizens, but chose not to. If you or any other members have funding sources we'd love to be able to continue.
